Beulah Majorettes held a social evening on December 3 with MC Ray Zelewsky introducing speakers Janice Morgan Colleen Stewart Albert Fleury Jean Kling Lee Cooper and Judy Hookway. An auction of Beulah School Handicraft directed by Helen Chuba and Sonja Lyttle preceded the crowning of 1963 Beulah Majorette Queen Donna Derlago with Linda Grainger and Janice Morgan as candidates.

Mrs. S. 8. Stewart formerly of Lavinia Manitoba joined the staff in August 1963. At the Christmas party Mr. G. E. Thompson, Board Chairman, presented her a three piece pen and pencil set for ten years of faithful service to the Hospital and District. Best wishes were expressed by all attendees.

Miniota Residents Move. U C W Holds Christmas Meeting
Mr and Mrs Archie Hill moved into Miniota and will be missed in Arrow River church and social life. The annual U C W meeting at Mrs Sutherland’s home December 3 drew 11 members and 13 visitors with reports showing steady work, allocations totaling 262, incl a 187 to U C W and 75 to the Board of Stewards. New officers were elected and a social treat given to three officials.
