Centennial Planning Committee Meeting Minutes July 28 1970

The 1970 Centennial Planning Committee met at Miniota Community Centre with eleven members from all municipal areas. Eric Hurlin nominated as Chairman and D Asselstine as Secretary. Celebration dates were set for Crandall July 5–6 Isabella July 18 Arrow River July 24 Wynona July 25 Beulah July 26 and municipal July 27 1970. Meetings approved budget parity with 1967. Registration booth planned with Golden Age group to assist. Pioneer recognition day for those over 70 and Golden Age group to be scheduled. An open meeting is scheduled August 18 at 8:00 p.m.
