Margaret Curnow Trenhaile dies in Bloomfield Nebraska

Margaret Curnow Trenhaile 64 died at home in Bloomfield on April 9 after a long illness. Born in Cornwall England August 5 1837 she married W S Trenhaile January 6 1860. The couple lived in Fremont and Knox County before settling on East Main Street in Bloomfield. She was a longtime Methodist church member.

Olson nets seven baby wolves in Wayne bounty haul

Chris F Olson of Wiota captured seven baby wolves in eastern Wayne on Sunday. A few weeks earlier he recovered seven more near Watt Asher farm. The two hauls earned him 140 dollars at a ten dollar per head bounty.
