Tribune notes an upcoming Local Intelligence page dedicated to local matters and advertisements. It states a fifty percent advance on ordinary rates and prohibits large cuts on this page.
The notice offers a $1.25 annual rate for new subscribers paying in advance through April 1 1871 and grants the same privilege to old subscribers paying in advance by January 1 1870.
