Sheriff to sell Mills County real estate in 1909 foreclosure

Execution from Mills County District Court directs sheriff L. G. Linville to auction the southwest quarter of the southwest quarter in section 22, township 71, range 43 in Glenwood. Court sale set for November 27, 1909 between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. at the courthouse West Door. Proceeds to satisfy a judgment of 327.60 plus costs.
