Silver City Social Notes and Building Work Updates

John Frazier of Kansasity spent Sunday with Silver City relatives while Miss Pearl Russell of Tabor visited. J B Heide laid the foundation for four new dwellings on recently purchased lots from J C Jackson. Excavation for the cellar and foundation of 2H Vankirk's new residence is underway. Mr Ramsey from F Pullman’s store has moved with his family from Omaha to occupy part of Miss Gertrude Lacock’s residence. County Superintendent Moore visited the Silver City schools Friday. Mark Swarts returned Saturday.

Time Table Arrivals and Departures for Malvern

The Tribune prints a time table erected in November showing arrival and departure times for Malvern. Arrivals at 2:00 am and 6:00 pm, with departures at 8:00 am and 4:90 pm, and Tabor times noted as 1905 m Tipm.

Railway Crossing Accident Injures Man, Fractured Ankle

A man named Olson was thrown from a spring wagon while crossing the railroad and sustained a badly broken ankle. He was taken to a physician for examination, the fracture reduced, and he is recovering as well as can be expected.

Resolutions on the Death of Samuel Minner

Abner Kerney Post No. 15 G A R notes the death of Comrade Samuel J Minner and extends sympathy to his wife children and sister. The resolutions pledge to publish the notice, place the post charter in mourning for thirty days, and send copies to the wife. Commander W H Hittle and Adjutant H Brooks sign the document.
