A late arriving Tabor team edged Glenwood 6 to 0 on the Association grounds after darkness halted play. Glenwood pushed to the five yard line but could not score, while Tabor recovered a misplayed kickoff for a touchdown after a failed goal kick.
After November 6 we will open offices over the Glenwood State Bank to loan money on real estate and will offer Fire and Life insurance. Partner Messia M G and Charlen Edwards join in the new venture with separate lines but shared aims in lending and real estate. J L Olites of Deer Creek was arrested Friday night by Sheriff Morgen on charges of obtaining money under false pretenses. Chas Schick filed the warrant claiming Olites sold a Lim & machine misrepresented as free from encumbrances but it was mortgaged. Olites was taken to Squire Ailes and bound over to the grand jury with $300 bail furnished by his brother.
