In Mills County District Court during the July Term 1920 the petition of Mary G. Cary seeks a decree quieting title to the Southeast Quarter of Section 25, Township 73, Range 41 West, against D H Solomon and others. Cary alleges she, with grantors, has held adverse peaceful possession for over fifty years under color of title and that a 1860 warranty deed to Solomon is void for lack of title. The suit prays removal of the cloud on Cary’s title and estoppel against the defendants. No statement found.
