Also Parm of 120 acres in Center township with improvements and an additional house and lot in Glenwood as part of the A B Clarkson estate. Original notice in Mills County District Court 1908 orders divorce proceedings between Charles Wells and Maggie Wells with a January 7 filing date and April term default notice unless appearance by January 7.
