Glenwood Iowa City Election Proclaimed for April 5 1915

Proclamation informs qualified voters of Glenwood that the annual city election will be held Monday April 5 1915 to elect mayor recorder treasurer assessor marshal and ward aldermen plus park commissioner. Poll hours 8am to 6pm at Murphy shop lumber office and city hall with appointed judges and clerks listed for each ward. Signed by Mayor N. Genung and City Recorder Hamilton on March 12 1915.

W C Watson, recently at Mills County jail on forgery charges, was revealed to be an escaped patient from Independence State Hospital. An official from the hospital retrieved Watson last Thursday and returned him to the facility.
