Quiet title sought for Mills County land in 1910 suit
In Mills County District Court a notice warns defendants to appear by noon of the second day of the September term 1910 to defend a petition by G. Ferrer seeking to quiet title to the southwest quarter of the southwest quarter of section 27 township 73 range 43. The petition alleges Conrad Richtermeier died in 1878 with no administration, heirs Eva Richtermeyer Anna Emig John J Richtermeier Mary Sonntag and Peter Sonntag, and unknown heirs of Conrad Richtermeier. Ferrer and grantors claim open adverse possession since 1878. If no defense appears, default and decree will be entered. The notice is approved and published for four weeks in Mills County Tribune.
