Proposal of Necessity for Glenwood Public Square Paving
The Glenwood Iowa City Council adopts a resolution proposing that portions of First Street between Vine and Walnut, Walnut between First and Sharpe, Sharpe between Walnut and Vine, and Vine between Sharpe and First be paved or similarly improved. Properties abutting will bear the cost. contractor to guarantee five years from acceptance. A hearing is set for June 28, 1909 at 7:30 p.m. in the city hall. C. W. Edwards, City Recorder.
