Mills County Board approves Silver Creek Drainage District One
Mills County Iowa Board of Supervisors met June 4 1917 and approved drainage district No 1 for Silver Creek. It established the district boundaries and awarded right of way damages totaling 11768 65 to named landowners. Seth Dean named commissioner to survey and file plans with bids opened July 20 1917. Per diem and mileage paid. adjourned to June 20 1917.
