Mills County Board Proceedings June 1906 Hearing on County Seat Relocation

Mills County Iowa Board met June 4 1906 in regular session. Hearing set for June 19 1906 at Glenwood on relocation of county seat from Glenwood to Malvern with objec tions and remonstrances noted. Numerous pe titions and claims approved or disallowed including poor farm and gopher bounty bills. Sessions adjourned to June 6 and continued to June 10 with intercounty joint meeting in Bartlett about drainage district work and timetable.
