Wedding Dinner Honors Mr and Mrs Ray Noah at Schoening Home

A week ago Sunday a wedding dinner was held at the country home of Mr and Mrs Louis Schoening northeast of Glenwood in honor of Mr and Mrs Ray Noah. Guests included Mr and Mrs Elmer Lundgard of Council Bluffs. The dinner showcased Mrs Schoening's renowned culinary skill.

Settled Out of Court After Shenandoah Car Dispute

In a clash between Tom Caley and Shenandoah parties, charges of obstructing the highway and fast driving were filed. Both sides agreed to a settlement with Shenandoah compensating Caley for damages to his car. The cases were to be heard by Mayor Judkins, but the matter was resolved beforehand.

Dorothy Broadfield Birthday Visit From Omaha Relatives

Miss Dorothy Broadfield celebrated her birthday last Sunday with relatives visiting from Omaha. Her aunt Miss Anna Broadfield and Miss Jennie Ederson spent the day at the Broadfield home and later accompanied the celebrant to Omaha for a time. May she have a pleasant time.

Tabor College Commencement 1920 Schedule

The Ta bor college commencement program for 1920 runs June 11 to June 16. Events include two recitals in music and public speaking on June 11, a tennis tournament on June 12, and the commencement exercises and won ning banquet on Wednesday June 46.

The annual industrial and manual work exhibit of the school system will run Friday afternoon and evening from 2 30 to 9 00. Articles not for sale as they will be taken to the State Fair. Also a Riverside broad selection of local ads and notices including for rent sale and lost items.
