Sid Watling and the Sharkey boys from Glenwood bagged a big grey wolf on New Year’s Day near the hills in Lyons township. After a hard run a few days earlier, snow 50 cold and fine hindered the pursuit. A thaw revived the trail and the hounds overhauled the wolf in about an hour.
