Former Glenwood resident Mrs Edward A Troutman dies after a four day illness in Council Bluffs. She leaves husband two daughters and a son with ties to Glenwood and Omaha. Funeral held at Woodworth Allen residence with Rev Charles Varney involved. Rev Varney dies suddenly in Miami Florida with funeral held December 22. His son Charles Varney Jr had recently returned from service. The Varney family had strong connections to Glenwood through Mrs May Ivory.
