Glenwood column reports L W Russell Jr leaving for Pocatello Idaho to locate there. J P King shipped cattle and hogs to Omaha market with fair results. Various local residents travel, visit, or relocate including Crane family in Rawles to Aurora and Adamses moving to Fargo Oklahoma.

Plan to Visit Onawa Delegation Heads Glenwood Move

A Glenwood effort seeks a large delegation to Onawa on Sunday March 6 to attend the Gander meetings. Those willing to go should sign with the committee led by J. W. Murphy Charles Hamilton Will Allbee W Landon or Joe Pangburn to reserve seats in the special car. The group represents five Glenwood churches and will depart on No. 6 train at 6:85 a.m.

Union Gospel Team Organized at Glenwood Meeting

Fifty nine people attended the Methodist church gathering in Glenwood as a union gospel team was formed. Captain R. E. Humphrey was named president with M. Criswell secretary and treasurer. A mass meeting at the courthouse Thursday at 7 30 p.m. will plan the trip to Onatwa.

Mail Scattered as Caley Shares in Fast Route Escape

Hammond Caley, Route 1 carrier from Glenwood, was on a Monday morning run when the buggy tongue dropped on the Q road. The team jumped into a wild run, mail parcels spilled, but the vehicle did not upset. Carl Morgan in a Ford helped recover the mail and Caley secured another conveyance to continue his route.

Mrs J D Ironmonger travels to Kirksville Missouri to enter hospital for possible operation this week. Mr Ironmonger and Dr Hoover accompany her to arrange necessary details for the procedure.

Kathryn Sneath Sprains Ankle At Baptist Church

Kathryn Sneath badly sprained her ankle after falling at the Baptist church on Sunday. She will remain at home for a week or more from duties at Dr. Pearson's office until she is able to move about. The Tribune notes its typographical quality and invites comparison.

W L Wilson of Henderson on his way to Connell Bluffs to serve as a federal juror stopped at Atlantic Tuesday and bought a fine broad sow from Hopley and Son Hampshire hog gate to add to his existing Wampshire herd. He is proud of his stock and plans to improve the herd further.
