Glenwood Pioneer Barber Marries in Omaha
A marriage license was issued in Omaha last Saturday for M. W. Rogers and Mrs. Margaret Kern of Council Bluffs. Rogers, longtime Glenwood barber and pioneer, sold his shop near the Tribune office and moved to the Bluffs, where he now runs a barber shop in the Omaha National Bank building. The notice expresses wishes for prosperity and happiness in the new marriage.

Suspect Charged After Church Break-In and Theft
Two weeks before Christmas a break in at the Methodist Episcopal Church on Waubonsie led to theft of chairs and five gallons of kerosene. Arch Hunt and Theodore Peppers obtained a search warrant against Marion Wilson, four miles north of Bartlett, whose possession of the chairs was alleged. Wilson was arrested and bound over to the grand jury for district court in Glenwood.

Fire at Tabor damages theater and Skull restaurant
A $1500 fire of unknown origin, said to be spontaneous, was found early Thursday in the cellar under the Pruitt moving picture theater on Main Street in Tabor. The blaze extended to the adjacent Skull restaurant before being put out. The Briar club will meet tonight at 7:40 at Dr. Pliupton's office to discuss The Initiative and Referendum and Recall.
