Night Watchman Douses Office Fire At Local Store

George Mc Millan, our night watchman, spotted a fire at 2 am in Judge Lewis's office. A wooden cuspidor had ignited, burning through the floor into the Humphrey & Dull grocery below before a bucket of water saved the building.
