Glenwood library reports increased circulation with 2540 loans and an average of 101 daily checkouts. New borrowers are drawn by the book committee window display featuring titles such as The Roy Meehanie new book and Yone Grey's nuvry friends.
The churches will host a speedal meeting led by Dr Franklin Swift of Chicago next Sunday. The morning sermon begins at 1 mom and includes communion. Mothers are urged to attend. Sunday school runs 1:4h a.m. Junior PU P.U. 8 p.m. Evening service starts at 7:10.

Isaac announces sale of 56 head of bred sows and gifts at Red Oak new sale pavilion on Saturday February 6. Buyers invited, noting previous purchases and inviting returns from the audience led by T. T. Isaac and J. Th Isiute.
The Township Trustees of Oak Township will meet at the bank in Mineola February 7, 1821 at 10 o'clock for the purpose of bringing road supervisors for the Township. Any one interested will please appear at that time K. G. Deitehler Township Clerk.

Warrants outstanding and registered numbers 780 to 899 will be paid with interest. County Treasurer Ralph L Linville notifies that warrants 847 to 696 from this county are now due. Interest will accrue until February 19, 1921, and payment will be made at the County Treasurer's office.
The union gospel team anniversary service features Dr Swift delivering a message at IIS service. A revival aims to bless the entire community with cordial welcome to all. Adults to join chorus meet Friday evening at meetings, nightly at 7 20. The Laymen’s Rally attendance included Dr Frederick Agar of New York City who spoke. Communion, sermon, and various worship times listed. Sunday school at 6 45 a m with Mart ins worship at 10 44 a m. The Baptist church invites to join their special service and discontinue evening services.
Glenwood and vicinity recall Rey Hill and Mrs. John G. Hill, former local residents now living in California. Mr Hill attends a Methodist Sunday School Board meeting in Chicago, while Mrs Hill visits friends here before his return. The Hills left Mills County about twenty years ago to settle in California. He chairs a PhD program at USC and they are prominent socially. Mrs Hill is daughter of former residents Mr. and Mrs. John Myers northeast of Glenwood. The Bell Telephone System issues a booklet praising American telecom superiority over England's government system.
One of the region's notable speakers from Southwestern Tech will start a lecture series at the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Glenwood. He will discuss "The Origin of the American Indian and His Destiny" Sunday at 7:30 p.m. and again Sunday and Monday evenings. Tuesday evening will cover "What Will God Do With Those Who Did Not Hear."
The church schedules a series of lectures titled The Judgment the Sentence and the Punishment then Heaven Where What Who What Kind of Church did Jesus Build What Became of the Church Jesus Built The Eleventh Floor with Hitler Lambkin speaking on topics from faith to church history. Private Mount funeral attendance noted. the speaker will answer written questions with no collection, local church funds the event.
