County Board Denies Farm Creek Ditch Penalty Relief
On November 22 1921 the board without relief granted denied cancellation of penalty on O L Harbor ditch tax for land listed under James Greig and denied remission for William Houser on the NW fifteen acres of the NW SW Section 12 73 40. Board approved mileage and per diem and adjourned to November 29 1921 Cha s C Plumer chaired, W M Moore county auditor attested.

Mills County Board reviews Farm Creek Drainage District finances
In a November 29 1921 session the Mills County Board of Supervisors approved tax history for the Farm Creek Drainage District and considered refinancing with six percent bonds totaling fifty thousand dollars The board directed the treasurer to re advertise bonds for sale on December 20 1921 at the Mills County Court House Glenwood Iowa Also the Anderson Township waiver request was granted and the board adjourned for inventory and invoicing at the County Home before reconvening to tally mileage and per diem.
