Animals Are Good Swimmers in All Climates

A London Tit-Bits note reports that most animals swim naturally with rhinoceros and hippopotamus noted as excellent divers and the Indian elephant crossing rivers with heavy loads. Court notes docket grows with trial cases and filings

The docket lists 196 cases with 20 slated for trial and 14 divorces. Forty two new filings since last term. Eight state cases. two defendants are not in the county. Seventy named women appear in docketed suits. Fifteen attorneys at bar from twelve firms. Fifteen suits charged on unpaid notes. Judge Cullison will preside as the term convenes.
