The Glenwood Woman's Club plans a high class entertainment at the end of April featuring the best talent in the country. Supt Moore resumed duties at the county courthouse Tuesday after a five day absence and attended county superintendents meetings in Sioux City before visiting his mother in Bloomfield Nebraska. En route a 13 bout delay occurred due to a landslide in a railroad cut.

City Dads Tour Glenwood to Scout Improvements
The Glenwood city council led by Mayor Plimpton rode in Al Marshall’s chariot to view sidewalks and streets ahead of the season. Plans include paving Vine street on depot hill and other improvements. A union meeting of four young people's societies from local Baptist, Congregational, Methodist, and Christian churches is set for Sunday at the Glenwood Methodist Church. Rioters in Windber near Johnstown Pa attack a mass meeting of striking miners injuring and killing several.
