Sidewalks and crosswalks approved for North street
The Town Council voted to build sidewalks on North street from William Miller's barn to opposite Samuel Otto's house and from opposite John G. Musser's house to Jacob Alter's with a railing. They also approved road crossings at several points and set a tax rate of 4 mills to cover expenses and the election contest.
