Public Utilities Commission approves pipe line project

In 1958 the Unit Water Resources Commission and Municipal Board acted on a request to replace a section of pipeline. The Municipal Board authorized expenditure in December 1958 and the PUC chairman and secretary signed contracts by June 2, 1959. Only one protest was received in early 1958. Mill Brook Municipal Board later approved the project in August, authorizing construction. Notices will be given via the Mill Brook PUC and the Mirror Reporter on payment arrangements and the transition to new service pipes. Sincere thanks from Reeve Gee F Harrington.
