By-Law 851 authorizes a $5,475 water main under the Local Improvement Act with Schedule A, plans by the engineer, special frontage assessments at 37.8 cents per foot for 15 years, and municipal funding via debentures. The Ontario Municipal Board approved the undertaking and the Water Resources Commission certified plans on June 25, 1958. Objections may be heard August 14, 1958 at 1:30 PM in the Millbrook Town Hall.
