CUBAN VETEBANS TO MEET.Plans for deception to Mr. Dyer Will Be Completed TonightSurvivors of Company C, First District of Columbia volunteers, who served in Cuba during the war with Spain, Mil meet this evening at Costello's hall, Sixth and G streets northwest* and cotn-j piete plans for the reception tomorrow j night to Representative L. C. Dyer, the j newly elected member of Congress from j Missouri. Representative Dyer is a former resident of Washington, and aaw service with the company in the battle of Santiago.At the reception army hardtack, black coffee, pork and beans, and other tinry rations, similar to those eaten bv the men in the field 5n 189S, will be served. J. A, Costello, William A. Hickey, and John Lewis Smith make up the commit* tee of arrangements.The roster of the survivors, stilt residents of Washington, follows: Capt C\S. Domer, Lieut. S. C. Redman, Lieut. T. V, Walker, First Sergt. Creighton Rice, Quartermaster Sergt. Welter Stott, Sergt. A. B, Claxton, Sergt. Ivan ’Jide-Btrome, Privates John Lewis Smith, Jere A. Costello, William A. Hickey, William O’Connell, Lee Rea, M. Mjlstead, Gustave Barghausen, Frank Herbert. Edward Nash, Kenneth O’Connor, Dennis Bryant, Clarence Buchanan, Dennis Walker, William F. O'Brien, Charles Davison, William Palmer, John J. Luskey* S. E. Ford, and Oscar Pusey.
