Correction on life of Mrs Adolphus Garzand
In last week's issue a corrected obituary clarifies Mrs Garzand born in South Wales in 1865 died aged 63 years 11 days. She married Steve Harris in England in 1884. Harris died in 1901 leaving two daughters and a son. She later married Adolphus Garland and they had two sons and a daughter. all children were at bedside and funeral.

Memorial Day Observance Planned by Veterans Groups
Memorial Day services will be conducted Wednesday by war veterans and the Service Star Legion. The American Legion will provide rifle honors at graves in Milford and Minersville cemeteries.
