Wilbur Killam Dies at Home in Cedar City
Wilbur Roy Killam, 65, longtime Milford resident and auto service owner, died Wednesday at his brother John S. Killam's home in Cedar City from coronary disease. Born December 28, 1892 in Oregon Territory to David Jobin Killam and Evens Van Meter Killam, he was known as Shorty to Milford friends and had lived with his brother for two months as health failed. He was survived by his brother. other survivors were listed in the notice.

Heber Gillins Dies at 74 in Minersville
Heber Gillins Sr died at his Minersville home about 2 10 am Thursday after two years of poor health following a stroke on September 19 1946. Born January 19 1874 in Minersville he spent his life as a farmer and stock raiser. He served in the LDS Church and as Minersville mayor and town board member. He married Alba Elizabeth Marshall in 1897. Surviving: widow five sons and four daughters, two dozen relatives including grandchildren and a great grandchild. Funeral Saturday at 2 am in the Minersville schoolhouse. visiting hours Saturday morning.
