Minersville Rites Held for Mrs Corbridge aged 84
Funeral services were conducted in Minersville Ward chapel for Mrs Hannah Alice Cornford Corbridge born February 28 1867 in Kent England. A practiced nurse who helped bring 200 babies into the world she aided during the 1918 flu epidemic and served in church and Relief Society roles. Survived by three sons five daughters foster children and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Burial followed in Minersville cemetery.

Leon Davis Laid to Rest in Minersville
Pumeral services were held in the Minersville Ward chapel on a Tuesday afternoon for Leon Davis 65 who died Friday in Milford Hospital after a lingering illness Bishop Ruben Dotson conducted the services. He was born March 27 1886 at Minersville a son of William Jacob and Emma Helena Colton Davis. He married Joanna Eyre at Minersville on Aug 1 1908. They lived at Minersville where he farmed and joined. He was a member of the LDS Church. Survived by his widow five sons and daughters Mareene L and Dan Davis Mrs Theo Marshall and Mrs June Pearson as of Minersville and Mrs Gwen Ogden of Milford 19 grandchildren and he greeted grandchild a brother and a sister James Davis and Mrs Laura Sherwood both of Minersville. cemetery.
