Federal jury awards damages to James D Williams in Utah retrial

Red Cross Campaign for Funds to Begin Monday

Dr Fowler to Practice Here in Milford

Dr Herbert D. Fowler a Wyoming native will open offices in Milford next Wednesday. A former Army Air Force pilot, he studied at the University of Wyoming and Michigan, earning a BS and MD. He will practice at the remodeled Milford Jewelry building on Main Street beginning March 17. Mrs Fowler is pursuing an MD at Michigan and will graduate in 1949.
