Work begins around March 1 with a 6-foot curface, drops at the high school corner to 41-foot, and proceeds for the 54 mile distance with a 22-foot surface, expected to complete by July 1.

Mrs Glenna Thompson 57 died early Thursday January 22. Funeral services were conducted at Malford Chapel with Bishop Ira M Moher presiding. She was born April 16 1908 in Parowan daughter of George A Long and wife. Survived by husband Carl J Thompson four children Calvin Carl Connie and Shanna, and many relatives. Interment at Milford Cemetery with Masons honoring her memory.
