Two Milford youths Kim Mortensen and DeLayne Jonson assisted Night Marshal Wallace Fotheringham in stopping Kevin Gerald Williams 18 of Salt Lake City who stole a car and headed toward San Diego. Williams showed a pistol and offered tires cheap, prompting the youths to alert authorities. Officers traced the auto to an oil firm employee and arrested Williams for investigation.
