Last Saturday and Sunday Beaver County held a large celebration with Governor Lee and his wife, drawing Milford Minersville Beaver residents together. Burned Oldsmobile Found Near Wah Wah Summit
A burned Oldsmobile sedan with Texas plate HJ4415 was found abandoned west of Wah Wah Summit. In Milford, two metal locker trunks and scattered canned goods were observed. The driver, after a tire failure at the summit, reportedly lit a small fire under the car near the gas tank to aid a roadside repair and then disappeared, possibly catching a ride to Ely.
