Francis Phillip Garlisle, age 77, stockman and farmer from Salt Lake City, died Tuesday morning at his home from carcinoma. He was born in Alpine to early Utah pioneer parents and had lived in Salt Lake for 20 years. He is the father of Phillip Carlisle of Milford. Continued on next page.
