Tragedy Strikes Milford as Youth Dies After Bee Sting
Chester Goes Haskell Junior twelve years old, son of Mr. and Mrs. C. G. Haskell, died in Milford after a bee sting provoked a severe reaction. He collapsed at home after being stung on the ear while working in a field. Funeral services are set for Friday at the Methodist church in Milford.

Rail Route Planned to Boulder Dam Construction Site
The Los Angeles and Salt Lake railroad has been authorized by the Interstate Commerce Commission to build a 23 mile Clark County Nevada branch south of Las Vegas. Three Year Old Reels Big Trout at Paragoonah Reservoir
Philip Lund, three, son of Mr and Mrs R M Lund of Milford, caught a 17 inch trout in the Little Reservoir near Paragoonah on July 18. He called his father to help pull the fish ashore, the largest seen in the reservoir for some time Beaver Pressa.
