Middleton seeks review of firing by village board
Former Midlothian fireman William Middleton has filed for an administrative review in Cook County Circuit Court after the police and fire commission found five of six charges proven in September. Represented by Andrew Creighton, Middleton seeks reinstatement without damages, arguing illegal discharge and violations of pre suspension and silence rights.
