Legion Auxiliary Contributes to Citizens Committee Funds
At the regular American Legion Auxiliary meeting in Midlothian, 691, $25 was given to the Citizens Committee for gifts to boys in service. Twenty dollars went to the state Treatire Chest for World War I veteran gifts, $12 to the insulin fund, and $2.50 to the child welfare fund. Hostesses were Mrs Archie Rice and Mrs Hazel Florentine. Halloween decorations were used for the luncheon.

Christmas Packages From Citizens Committee For Boys Overseas
The Citizens Committee packed holiday boxes for boys overseas this week at the chairman Mrs Kristinich home. Members Mesdamis Brown Golden Couillard Colbert organized the effort and filled each box with items including Tapori blades soap candy nuts cigarettes and a writing portfolio.
