Death of Henry Rector in Winchester Hospital
Henry Rector, a well known colored man in the county, died Tuesday afternoon at Memorial Hospital Winchester from hernia. He was taken ill and rushed to the hospital by Dr. Comp ton for an operation when he died. Rector was industrious and highly respected. he leaves four sons and four daughters. Funeral held yesterday at the church with Rev. Walker Carter officiating.
