A Vindictive Epistle on the Peace of Paris by an Englishman
The letter denounces the Peace of Paris as ruinous to England, attacking Count Viry and French diplomacy. It accuses the Duke of Nivernois and French ministers of perfidy, praises misgivings about the treaty, and claims English betrayal by both courts. It critiques Musgrave and Yonge, and names Cholmondeley, urging scrutiny of those who profited from the settlement.
