Three persons were to appear in Police Court today after being cited yesterday on various charges. Ish Guy faces drunkenness, Don Gabbard Avjay Hy faces running a stop sign, Lucille D Robbin Barbour wile Ky faces running a stop sign, Penald White North ih Street reports someone stole his bicycle yesterday. A discharge petition was filed Tuesday to wrest from the House Veterans Affairs Committee a bill granting most World War II veterans ten dollars a month pension. The Kennedy administration passes the bill, as did the Eisenhower administration when similar legislation was proposed.
Archie Lippleap a 38 year old from Richmond and two unseen Virginia men dug his own grave in a muddy hole and covered it with metal sheets then lay in it for 21 days awaiting death. Police found him barely alive and Lipntrap died 16 hours later in hospital after starving himself to die.
UPI reports Charles Ray Morgan, 44, undergoing a final physical for induction, was pulled from the draft line by a sergeant who cited a presidential order exempting married men. Morgan, married eight months, was reportedly spared as the bell rang.
