Tokyo May 21 Associated Press reports Japan plans to float domestic bonds totaling 155 million yen for reconstruction during fiscal year 1924-25, contingent on market conditions. Proceeds from the new issues will fund earthquake reconstruction work and 123.01 million yen of recently floated loans in New York and London will be used domestically.
