In Chattanooga Tennessee on May 6 a large monument was unveiled honoring Judge M M founder of the Dixie Highway Association. The stone monument weighs ten tons and stands twelve feet high, three and a half feet wide and forty inches deep. Judge Allison organized the group in 1915 and has served as president of the association.
