Logmont miner Bil White, 22, died from a gunshot wound suffered in a boarding house near the mines Saturday night. Fred Wright, who said he did not know the gun was loaded, claims he was illustrating a point when the weapon fired. Wright and George Graham were with White. the pistol had been emptied and cartridges placed on the table. White was taken to Broshear-Brommett hospital and died at 4 a.m. Sunday. He is survived by a brother Henry White. Funeral plans not set.
