Accused Man May Testify In Foster Murder Case
KITTANNING Pennsylvania Rich ard Tallie Davis may take the stand Tuesday to plead for life in a murder trial. Prosecutors will close with a signed confession alleging Davis described the Jan 30 night and his actions during the holdup that killed 95 year old Emily Shope Foster.
