State to Ask High Court To Reconsider Malpractice
Kentucky Insurance Commissioner Harel McGuffey said his staff would meet with representatives from One Kerib Hospital Association and the Kentucky Medical Association to plan a coordinated legal strategy to persuade the Kentucky Supreme Court to reverse its ruling on compulsory malpractice insurance.
