Prosecution Attacks Conspiracy Defense In Davis Case

Fort Worth officers Perez and Soders testified about entering Cullen Davis mansion after the Aug 2 1976 shooting spree finding Gus Gavrel Jr dead and Stan Farr shot Beverly Bass witness said Davis did it. Davis faces trial for the slaying of Andrea Wilborn and other wounds. Judge Dowlen ruled Soders testimony inadmissible for now but may be allowed later. Bass expected to testify soon.

Daughter of Bolles Trial Judge Slain
