Philipines AP Emmet James Kay, the last U.S. prisoner of war known in Indochina, arrived at Clark Air Base after release from a cave in Sam Neua Laos. He described humane treatment by the Pathet Lao and said no other Americans were in custody. Kay, 47, from Hawaii, said he lost about 20 pounds but is in good health after a two hour flight from Thailand and will reunite with his family in Hawaii after medical checks.

Hannibal votes bonds for Rival Manufacturing expansion
