Debos Bring Fish Fry To Church In Bad Weather
Weekend guests included Owen Whitehead of Wellsville and Mr and Mrs Mel Collins with Greg and Stephanie from St Charles. Dr and Mrs W S McDowell and sons attended a veterinary meeting in Jefferson City. William and Mrs McClain of Wellsville won first in class and Grand Champion with their 1922 Willys Sainte Clair at the Veteran Motor Car Club show in Moberly. Sixty cars from Iowa and Illinois attended. The McClains restored the car over five years. Jeff McClain and H E McClain placed second with a 1911 Torpedo Roadster and third with a 1928 Durant.
